The New York Jets are sold out on a season ticket basis. There are NO individual game tickets available. If you are not a season ticket holder, you may join the waiting list. Send your name, address, phone number and number of tickets you will need to the address or fax number listed above. Each year we will inform you of where you stand on the list.

Please be advised that the waitlist is now over 17,000 people and that we anticipate your wait to be at least 10 to 15 years.

Season ticket holders with lost or stolen tickets or other game related problems should go to the information window located at Gate D on the day of games. Please have proper identification, your account number and seating information with you. The information window at Gate D opens 3 hours before each home game and stays open until halftime. The Meadowlands Box Office may be reached by calling 201-935-3900.



The New York Jets have initiated a charitable ticket turn-back program for 2002 with the United Way of New York City. .TIX FOR KIDS. provides a vehicle for season ticket holders to release unused game tickets, which are then made available to underprivileged children throughout the New York region. The United Way has an extensive network of mentoring agencies such as Mentoring USA, The Mentoring Partnership of New York, The Children.s Aid Society, Boys and Girls Clubs and Big Brothers-Big Sisters to name a few.

Please enclose any tickets you wish to donate to this program in a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Be sure to include your full name, address and day time phone number along with your tickets. To help us distribute tickets in an efficient manner please mail your envelope(s) back as far in advance as possible, but no later than two weeks prior to the game you are returning.

Upon receipt of your ticket donation, the United Way will issue a written letter of confirmation recognizing your charitable donation for tax purposes.

The New York Jets are pleased to offer the New York Jets StubHub, a service designed to assist season ticket holders to maximize usage of their seats and give waitlist members and season ticket holders an option to purchase hard-to-find Jets tickets.

New York Jets StubHub sellers are limited to season ticket holders who may post their tickets at face value.

Season ticket holders may request to have their tickets replaced only if they repay the value of the lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. If the lost, stolen or destroyed tickets are recovered and returned to our Ticket Office, we will refund that payment.

New security changes at the Medowlands

  • Increased staffing of State Police officers and our own event security personnel.
  • The following items are now prohibited: backpacks, coolers, duffle bags and large bags/purses.

NY JETS/MEADOWLANDS SPORTS COMPLEX POLICIES

ENJOY YOUR VISIT TO THE MEADOWLANDS
The Jets and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority would like all of our guests to enjoy their visit to the Meadowlands Sports Complex. To assist you, and to ensure your safety, comfort and enjoyment, we are providing the following information and guidelines.

BOX OFFICE / TICKET INFORMATION

  • Jets tickets are sold out.
  • On game days, Will Call is located at Gate D at the Stadium.
  • The Continental Airlines Arena Box Office is open daily for ticket sales to other events at Continental Airlines Arena and the Stadium. Box office hours are:
  • Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Sunday: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Tickets are available at Ticketmaster outlets, charge-by-phone at (201) 507-8900 or (212) 307-7171 and online at ticketmaster.com.
  • For additional information regarding events at the Stadium and Continental Airlines Arena, call the Event Information Hotline at (201) 935-3900 or visit www.meadowlands.com.

PARKING

  • Parking at all Jets games is: $25 for reserved lots 4, 15 and 18, $10 for lots 20-24 and all other lots are $15.
  • Parking lots will open 4½ hours prior to event time for Jets games. Circulation between parking lots is discouraged. Vehicles will be directed to the lots nearest the toll plaza from which they entered.
  • To ensure safe and efficient transportation throughout the Meadowlands Sports Complex, please follow the direction of the Parking and Traffic Representatives.
  • Parking Lot 14 is reserved for buses.
  • Larger vehicles requiring additional space will be directed into designated areas by Parking and Traffic Representatives.
  • Illegal parking outside the Complex on area roadways, medians, grass malls and vehicle breakdown lanes should not be attempted. Violators will be ticketed by local police and/or towed at owner's expense.
  • Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lots #4, #7, #8, #10A, #15 and #18. Enter the Stadium through Gates B or D.
  • Port-o-sans are located throughout the Sports Complex parking lots. Port-o-sans for guests with disabilities are available in Lots #4, #7, #8, #10A and #18.
  • Taxicabs and limousines should drop off and pick-up guests at the Gate D bus loop. Waiting in the bus loop is not permitted.
  • Public buses traveling between the Stadium and the New York City Port Authority Bus Terminal are available on game days. Drop-off at the Stadium is at Gate D. A round trip ticket costs $7.00 and a one-way ticket is $4.25. For more information, contact New Jersey Transit at (800) 772-2222.

TAILGATING

  • Tailgating has become a ritual at the Stadium and is permitted provided guests tailgate in the same space occupied by their vehicle. Please be courteous to your fellow fans -- open parking spaces should not be used for tailgating.
  • Grills are permitted for tailgating enjoyment, provided guests do so only in the same space occupied by their vehicle. However, their use on sidewalks, near buildings with or without canopies or in any area where guests or property may be damaged is strictly prohibited. Please do not discard hot coals near vehicles or in plastic waste receptacles.
  • Open fires are not permitted.
  • Trash receptacles are located throughout the Sports Complex parking lots and near the Stadium entrances. Please bag and dispose of your trash to make it safer for vehicles exiting the Sports Complex after the game.
  • ARAMARK is the official food service provider/caterer for the Meadowlands Sports Complex. To schedule a catered event, please contact ARAMARK at (201) 935-5660. Contracted and outside caterers are not permitted on Sports Complex property without the written consent of the NJSEA.
  • Ball playing and frisbee tossing in the Stadium parking lots and roadways are safety hazards and are not permitted. Many injuries occur as a result of these activities.

IMPORTANT LOCATIONS

  • SOUTH TOWER GATE: The South Tower/Stadium Club gate, which is located between Gates C and D, provides access to the suites and Stadium Club.
  • CONCESSIONS AND MERCHANDISE: There are 18 concession stands on the Lower Level, 8 on the Mezzanine Level and 18 on the Upper Level. Dominos pizza stands are located in Sections 111 and 131 on the Lower Level and in Sections 311 and 331 on the Upper Level. Merchandise stands are located at every gate on each level. A large merchandise tent is set up at Gate D and offers a large variety of team apparel and souvenirs.
  • REST ROOMS AND WATER FOUNTAINS: There are 24 restrooms on the Lower Level, 22 on the Mezzanine Level and 24 on the Upper Level. The facilities in Sections 117 through 125 are specifically equipped for guests with disabilities. Restrooms for guests with disabilities can also be found in the following locations: Mezzanine Level in Sections 210, 220, and 240 (men's) and Sections 202, 212 and 222 (women's); the Stadium Club; and South Tower Levels 4, 5, 8 and 9.
  • PUBLIC TELEPHONES: Located in each of the following Sections: 101, 111, 121, 131, 211, 221, 223, 239, 301, 311, 321, 331. One telephone at each bank is designed for wheelchair use. A TDD phone is located in the Stadium Club Lobby.
  • ATM MACHINES: Located at Gates A and C on the Lower Level, Gates B and D on the Upper Level and the Stadium Club.
  • STADIUM CLUB: Located between Gates C and D on the Plaza Level and open to members only.
  • SAFETY/SECURITY: The Safety/Security Office is located at the East End of the Stadium on the Service Level (between Gates B and C). For assistance, notify the nearest Event Safety/Security or Guest Services Representative or call (201) 842-5200.
  • FIRST AID: Stations are located at the East End of the Stadium on the Service Level (between Gates B and C) and on the Mezzanine Level adjacent to Sections 201 and 221. For assistance, notify the nearest Guest Services, Safety/Security Representative or an Emergency Medical Technician stationed in Sections 111, 131, 311 and 331.
  • LOST AND FOUND: Located within our Safety/Security Office or call (201) 842-5200.

ADMISSION POLICIES

  • Gates will open 2 hour prior to the start of the game for General Admission.
  • The Stadium Club will open 2½ hours prior to the start of the game.
  • All seating within the Stadium is reserved for guests holding valid game tickets.
  • We cannot accept tickets from guests at the Reservation Windows. Please distribute your tickets prior to your arrival at the Stadium.
  • Physically challenged guests requiring assistance should contact a Guest Services Representative at the gates or Mike Smith, ADA Manager, in advance, at (201) 935-3900.
  • Exit/Re-entry into the Stadium is not permitted. Dress appropriately for inclement weather prior to entering the Stadium. If medication is required, be sure to have it with you upon entry.
  • All guests entering the Stadium are subject to search. Refusal may be grounds to prohibit admission.
  • Merchandise may not be sold or resold on Meadowlands property or areas adjacent to the Meadowlands Sports Complex.

  • Any item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate

Prohibited items that are discovered during inspections at Stadium entrances must either be returned to the owner's vehicle or discarded. Unlawful items that are discovered during security inspections are subject to being confiscated and the person in possession of those items is subject to arrest.

PERMITTED ITEMS
The following items may be brought into the Stadium:

  • Still cameras with modest-sized lenses

WHILE IN YOUR SEATS

  • Proper behavior is expected from all of our guests. Foul/abusive language and/or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated and will be cause for ejection and/or arrest. Notify the nearest Guest Services or Safety/Security Representative immediately if actions of this type occur near you.
  • Retain ticket stubs for Guest Services Representatives to verify proper seat location. Adults should ensure that children are in possession of their own ticket. This will facilitate reuniting the child with parents should they become separated.
  • Sit only in your assigned seat to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
  • Keep aisles clear at all times; emergency situations require that stairways be kept clear. Guests sitting or standing in the Stadium aisles jeopardize the safety of others.
  • Be prepared to show your ticket stub each time you enter your assigned seating section.
  • Entering the playing field without authorization or throwing objects is a violation of Stadium rules and may prove hazardous. Offenders will be ejected and subject to arrest and prosecution.
  • Smoking is permitted on the spirals and at ground-level plazas at all gates. Smoking is prohibited in all other areas of the Stadium.
  • Handheld radios and televisions are allowed as long as guests listen with an earpiece or headphones. Guests should be considerate of their neighbors when using these devices.

ALCOHOL POLICIES
Guests who attend events at the Stadium expect to have a good time. As such, it is our duty to ensure that those guests who drink alcoholic beverages do so responsibly. The following is a list of the alcohol policies instituted at the Stadium:

  • Guests will not be permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the Stadium.
  • Guests will not be allowed to enter the Stadium if they appear intoxicated.
  • Limit of 2 beers per purchase.
  • 1 beer per purchase at night games.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not vended in the seating areas.
  • Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 must provide valid proof of age.
  • Beer sales are shut off at the end of halftime or earlier at management's discretion.
  • Drunk and disorderly behavior as well as violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the Stadium without refund.

SATISFACTION
The NJSEA prides itself on providing the finest of services. If your visit did not go as planned, please speak with a Stadium Supervisor and provide feedback. This will allow Stadium Staff to better serve you during your next visit.

Directions

From the Lincoln Tunnel:
Follow Route 3 west to Route 120 north.

From the George Washington Bridge:
Follow Interstate 95 south to the New Jersey Turnpike. Take the Turnpike’s western spur to the Sports Complex exit - 16W. This exit provides direct access to the Sports Complex parking areas.

Northbound on the New Jersey Turnpike:
Take the western spur to exit 16W, which provides direct access to the Sports Complex parking areas.

To The Arena from Turnpike North:
After paying the toll at 16W, proceed straight on the exit ramp, over Route 3. Pass the ramps for Route 3 East, and Route 3 West, and continue until you enter Sports Complex property. As you enter the Sports Complex, the first right turn you come to (a horseshoe turn) is Stadium Club Road. Make this right, and follow Stadium Club Road straight to Continental Airlines Arena.

Northbound on the Garden State Parkway:
Follow the Parkway north to exit 153A and follow Route 3 east to the Sports Complex.

Southbound on the Garden State Parkway: Follow the Parkway south to exit 153 and follow Route 3 east to the Sports Complex. Alternate: Follow the Parkway south to exit 163 and follow Route 17 south to Paterson Plank Road. Take Paterson Plank Road east to the Sports Complex.

Eastbound on Route 80:
Take exit 64 and follow Route 17 South to Paterson Plank Road to the Sports Complex.

Westbound on Route 80:
Take exit 64B and follow Route 17 South to Paterson Plank Road to the Sports Complex.

Traffic using the Holland Tunnel and Brooklyn/Staten Island Bridge crossings and from lower Jersey City and Bayonne: Take the New Jersey Turnpike extension to the Turnpike. Take the Turnpike’s western spur to exit 16W.



Are the Jets really sold out for the next ten years?

Yes. The New York Jets are sold out on a season ticket basis. There are NO individual game tickets available. If you are not a season ticket holder, you may join the waiting list. New York Jets home games are now broadcast on WABC Radio (770 AM in New York) and simulcast on 1050 ESPN Radio in New York.

Do they have the same radio announcers?

Bob Wischusen is the new play by play announcer and Marty Lyons will be the new color commentator.
